Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

L: meatballs, cheese & sauce, from inside of a homemade calzone, apple 15g
S: 1/2 Pure Protein Bar 10g
D: roasted chicken, cucumbers, and few bites of baked potato (may have some greek yogurt on it) 28g
S: twisted cherry protein drink 23g

Protein: 105

B - 2 protein coffees (tasted funny today)
S - triple fuzzy navel protein drink (big shaker cup) Yesterday I put my customary 2 scoops in and I thought it tasted a little weak
L- BBQ chicken (just out of a bowl, no bread)
S - greek yogurt with SF butterscotch pudding and my SF apple pie filling - we'll see how that tastes!!
S - Pre Zumba snack - a chunk of cheese and 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter (not the best choices, but didn't know what else to grab)
D - hamburger something maybe
Vits: yes
Water: did very well today
Miles: zumba

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
