Hey Roz, that's it! I'm going to measure my height tonight. I don't feel taller, but you never know!

I made a bad choice this morning and grabbed a BK breakfast bowl. I left most of the potatoes, but couldn't figure out how to calculate it because I have no idea what was in the darned thing. It was actually pretty disgusting. So, it will be only chicken tonight.

I used to LOVE fried potatoes.  I could eat them any time I was offered them, but the couple times I took a few bites of some, they were so greasy and disgusting.  When I look at them I still have a desire for them, but then I remember the last time I tried them.

 B= 2 protein teas ..and then one more 4 the road ...

       small  sandwich ciabatta , hebed organic turkey breast .almond milk pepper jack w almost no fat melted - yum ! 

       lunch packed -  vegetable fat free cheese  , cherries , bananas , homemade fatfree apple crumb cake ( with splenda n brown sugar )   largely for helpers 

      ate my lunch .. ate little else ( one three ounce bag beef jerky n two figs )  doing OK !  

  also 3 glasses  red  wine 

  not enough water last two days  ...  Arrgh !!

 Finally home and fed so now I can check in.  I like to wait until I can write what I actually ate.

B.  2 hardboiled eggs, 1 oz Ostrim
L.  3 oz tri tip, 100 calorie pack of almonds
D.  2 oz mahi mahi, 4 oz cauliflower with touch of olive oil and parmesean cheese
S.  1 oz fruit and nut trail mix

Protein - 73

Water - good
Vitamins - good
Exercise - walked 2 hours!
