I would take any more height I could get. Congratulations on the 3/4 inch. Maybe the other doctor measured wrong or something.

I'm going to take it! My seamstress thought it was really funny. I was going to have her hem the same inseam as she always does, but she said she would like me try them on if I had time and we were really glad we did.
I haven't been able to find the SF pie filling anywhere. I didn't use to have a problem getting it. What brand do you buy? Does it say SF or Lite?

Good morning and happy monday...
I go back to work tomorrow...ugh, looking forward to it and dreading it all at the same time. Recovery has been up and down for me. I have come to grips that I may need to be on stool softeners for a while until I can get the right balance for me. I had a little incident last night and I hope I didn't undo anything. I am just going to stick with the colace, fiber @ 25g a day, and 96oz water and walk daily!
I never want to experience trouble again. period. I also need to start getting food prepped for the week ahead. Have hubby and my lunches to do... :)

B - protein shake (49g/261 cal/2g fiber) + all bran cereal (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
L - chicken wings and coleslaw (23g/328 cal/3g fiber)
S - 1/2 Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (8g/80 cal/0g)
D - 2oz sirloin steak + 1/4 cup mac n cheese + pickle spear and tomatoes (25g/235 cal/2g)
Protein: 106g (100g goal)
Calories: 1079 (1000 goal)
Fiber: 11g (25g goal)
Water: 80oz (96oz goal)
Vitamins: All done for the day
Miles: 2.40 mile walk & 150 calories gone...whoo hoo
