Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters. Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

B - 2 protein coffees
S - greek yogurt with SF cheesecake pudding, apple SF pie filling and a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs. This is yummy. I didn't have any SF cherry pie filling, but this worked fine. When figuring up the ingredients I figured its about 200 calories. For some reason I feel better eating this than an Atkins bar thats 240 calories. And this definitely fills me up and for longer, I think.

D - 4 plain chicken wings and 1 1/2 glasses of wine

Miles: joining the gym today and going to a zumba class tonight

Still planning on getting in 2 walks today. My husband has given the barn back to me so that is some excercise for now althought it was something I did day after day.
Last night I make hot chocolate with a SF mix and chocolate protein. It was really yummy
