I did actually walk and exercise before surgery, but have at times stepped it up some.  Right now I'm in my no exercise mode for some reason.  I need to get back to it!!

Hi Linda.  It looks like y'all had a great time!  My husband and I thought about going to Helen for the weekend but went to Savannah instead!  We love going there and I haven't tubed in quite a few years mainly because of not being comfortable in the tube.  Now I can't wait!  You inspired me!
