Great Weekend - Lots of WOW's(Pic)

We had a great trip this weekend to Helen, Georgia.  The last time we were there I was at my highest weight.  It was a horrible trip in that I couldn't enjoy doing the things that everyone else did.  The last time we were there we walked up to Anna Ruby Falls one day and I thought I was going to die before I got to the top.  Everyone went back the next day, but I just couldn't make the climb again so I sat at the bottom and waited on everyone.  We did the hike yesterday and I was the first one to the top and not even winded!!  It was great.

Last time we went tubing and I was so heavy that I ended up carrying my raft most of the way because the water was a little low and I kept getting stuck on the bottom.  This time I was so nervous that I was going to have to carry my tube again.  Once I got on it, I took off down the river!!  I had a blast.  Below is a picture of DH & I tubing.  We walked so much everyday and I really did good on my eating and drinking.

Now I have got to catch up on what all of you have been doing since Friday.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.

He was worried about my flip flop.  I lost it twice and found it once.  We just saw it and he was trying to figure out how to go get it.  When we got through he went back across the creek and got it for me.  I told him not to worry about it because it only cost 2 or 3 dollars at Walmart but he wanted to get it!!!

You look great!What a difference losing the weight makes...in what we can do and what we want to do..

Thanks Brenda.  It was amazing what a difference the weight loss makes, but it is funny how sometimes I wonder if I can really do something and go back into my overweight mind set!!

How cool!! Wish I was there.. Its freezing here (low 50's)

Low 50's I'd be freezing.  It is still in the low 90's here most days.  It got up in the 80's there and the water was not as cold as we thought it was going to be.

 Awww U guys are so cute together !!    Gives hope to the rest of us !!
