I have done very well in attempting to get over my fear of eating and have taken alot of advice and am making sure I am making the correct choices.
I am eating cottage cheese, cheese sticks, eggs and greek yogurt. I have found as they days click by that I can eat a heck aof a lot mor of it.

Yes I am now measuring everything I eat to make sure, but I found that I am not full so I just stop.

My Holy Cow comes from my choice of a snack today, I am in shock at how FULL I actually am and dont even want another bite...
My snack.... a tablespoon of peanut butter!
OH MY! Not only is it one of my favorite but man I am super stuffed from eating only a little of it...
I am eating this stuff everyday from  now on, I LOVE IT!!!

We can have PB2 at this stage. I haven't done any yet cause I couldn't quite figure out what to do with it after it is mixed up.  I guess I just don't crave PB.
Glad you found something that is working for you.

Enjoy!
I know in the beginning I didnt seem to have good sensation, so I measured everything I ate. Didnt want to puke! LOL I didnt feel hunger or full, so I measured. Still do, but now can feel some hunger and definitely can tell when I am getting full.

Kat, it is a dried peanut butter like mixture that you mix with water.  See the link below.  It is ok to mix with protein drinks, greek yoguart and things like that.  I don't know what it would be like plain.  I ordered the regular and the chocolate.  It has less calories and fat than regular peanut butter.

I was very sensitive to PB early out - the fat in it made me yucky, but its a favorite spoon full snack now!  Not  a lot - just a spoonful.

Glad you found something you like and can tolerate now.  Just be careful of it later on..

Stacey, I'm glad you are doing so good.

I also love peanut butter.  I have to be very careful with it because it is so easy to eat and taste so good!!

Every once in a while I will suck on a teaspoon of peanut butter. It really hits the spot!
