After I posted yesterday I wasn't able to get on all day.  How was your trip? 

Does adding the extra ingrediants in the Greek yoguart take the sour taste out of it?  I hate yoguart!!  I have tried all kinds of things but I just can't find something that works for me.

Isn't it crazy how scrambled eggs get stuck or our tummys don't agree with it.  You would think that would be a good thing to eat.

We had a great time.  I posted a picture of us tubing down the river in a thread above this.

The yoguart with the stuff mixed in was a lot better than the plain greek yoguart.  Still not one of my favorites, but I knew I was lite on protein and knew I needed to eat something instead of just drinking.

I have eaten eggs all the time and never had a problem.  I even got cheese on them in case they were too dry, but they would not go down.  Atleast I stopped before I had a big problem!!

 I snacked on carbs while at the conference last week and came home up TWO pounds.  Not enough hydration, not enough exercise and too many carbs make Lee a fat girl!  

I thought I better post to be accountable.  I did great yesterday keeping the carbs down but didn't get in enough protein.  I can't eat as much when I stick to protein with very little carbs.

Calories - 528
Carbs - 20 
Protein- 63

Vitamins - done
Water - still working on it until bedtime
Exercise - walked for an hour

B.  none because I only slept 2am - 7am and had to get up to go walk
L.  3 oz tri tip, pat of butter, 1/3 cup cottage cheese
S. 1 Scoop Hydro Protein, 4 oz soymilk
D.  3 oz mahi mahi, 4 oz roasted cauliflower w/ 1T parmesean and a touch of olive oil

Calories - 676
Carbs - 14 - detoxing carbs!
Protein - 91

You probably don't think it's a good thing that you gained 2 pounds, but it really is.  Now you know you can't get away with anything.  I think it's great that you are decarbing right away and not letting it continue.

Weird day with food. I ate:

Protein coffee
Chobani yogurt
beef jerky
almonds
sunflower seeds
darned pear crisp (mostly with splenda, but there was some brown sugar)
ground beef w/ cottage cheese
Not sure what else -- it was a grazing day, but not on junk.

Miles - Ran 7 today! Long run in the rain. I am exhausted.

Vits/Water - Doing swell.
HW 247/SW 232/CW 135/GW 140 Height 5'4"  Age 43 A BIT BELOW GOAL
