That syrup sounds so good!  I called to see if my Protein order had been shipped yet because I wanted to add it but they said it was being delivered to me that same day.  They are so fast!    Hopefully it won't be to cold to ship it next time.  I have tried buy pepperment flavoring and that just didn't work.

I have to clean my bathrooms too....double yuk!!!

Howdy Roz...I was busy spending WAY TOO MUCH MONEY yesterday. I finally got my iPad and was playing around with it last night. Hubby and I have been debating it over and over and went regular shopping then finally said...screw it...let's just go get it. Oh, yah, and I have a sick 15 year old boy at home. Boy they get very cranky sick huh....lol 

Today, I sat and read the most of my book (on my new iPad...lol) and lost track of time. So at 1pm my time, I am drinking a doubled up protein shake and fiber one cereal. So needless to say I am behind on my vitamins, water, and menu. lovely...love it...NOT...lol

B - Protein shake (57g/324 cal/2g fiber)
     Fiber One all bran (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
L - 1/2 cheeseburger patty, pickle spear and 1/4 cup coleslaw. (10g/200 cal/0g)
S - Venti Skinny Cinni Latte (15g/160 cal/0g fiber) 
     Fiber One all bran (1g/30 cal/7g fiber)
D - sirloin steak & something else...dunno yet

Protein: 83g (100g goal)
Calories: 744g (1000 goal)
Fiber: 20g w/help from fiber chewables. (25g goal)

Vitamins: behind but morning done
Water: 32oz down (96oz goal) running behind again...ugh
Miles: NONE...rest rest rest :)

I am so bad about posting! I went for my 24 month follow up not all was good. My D levels were way low so I was put on large dose for 12 weeks. I am on week 4 and am not tired like I was. I am going to see if I can always take it. Anyway I went to see my surgean and was told I have a small slip.  He was not too concerned and made me mad. I went there not only for a follow up but to have a small unfill. because if an issue with my insurance they would not do the band adjustment so I have to go back. With school, husand gone and kids I have to wait three weeks. I not happy about that. I know I am the one to blame for the slip. Back in May when I got food poisening and was in the hospital the three days of throughing up and a very tight band was not a good thing. I ignored it and shouldnt have. I had a lot of eating issues with many solid foods and not keeping them down.

I asked if I had to have a total unfill because I am SCARED of doing that! He said that we could try taking 1cc out but i know that would be stupid and need to take it all out for several months. Then have an upper GI to make sure the stomach slippedd back to where it needs to be. He told me that I do not need another upper gi and if i can eat meat and keep it down all is good. My body and hell no I will get one to make sure. 

So for the next several weeks I am doing liquids so that nothing will agervate my band. Okay I do have soft boiled eggs and yogurt but that is about as think as it gets., This past week has been hard becaue my band is not working and I find myself eating/drinking 2 or 3 servings of soup. That is not good or is it okay?

I really need to post everyday and will try to!

L: Cream of tomato soup at hand 4g
SF pudding cup
D: Large mug of cream of Broc soup

I'm sorry you're having trouble and I don't blame you a bit for wanting to know what's going on. If you watch the carbs and calories while you're on liquids and mushies, you should be o****il you're able to get things right and back on denser food. Keep us posted.

Rebecca....It is so good to see you!!!!!!  I'm sorry you are having problems and I hope things get better soon.  Today's menu sounds like what I would have ate during the beginning stages so I'm sure it should be ok for you.  Maybe try stir a little protein into your soup and pudding. 

How is the new job doing.  I figured that's what has been keeping you away.

I was out of town all weekend.  Just got back this afternoon and trying to catch up on all the posts.
Here's today:
B:  Decaf Coffee - 1 small cup
B:  Bite of Scrambed eggs with cheese - didn't go down very well. 1 link sausage
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Pack of Cheddar Peanut butter crackers - Traveling home
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Greek yoguart, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein, 1 stick splenda, 1 tsp sf vanilla pudding mix
D:  2 ozs pork tenderloin, 1/4 cup squash & onions, 1/4 cup mashed califlower
I didn't do the totals on this, but should be ok.
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  80 ozs
Miles:  None
