Everyone must have been enjoying one of the last weekends of summer because only  5 people posted.  Today isn't going to be quite as nice  but but ENJOY because Monday is catching up on us.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

part of it was the fast of Yom Kippur Roz- no food or drink from Sundown Friday night to after sunset on Saturday ....

Anyway this morning - two protein teas

2 ounces of smoked turkey breast w mustard one scallion

ciabatta bread piece with organic ham, organic herbed turkey , sliced almond pepper jack cheese ( 1 gram fat per ounce )

bit of fresh tabouleh salad

I am still working on it and getting better, going today to get some added protein.

Doing my best to get all liquids in and still figuring out how much protein in in everything.
Taken all morning vitamins.

Have you tried posting on fitday.com or dailyplate.com?  I think daily plate has a recipe section where you put the ingredients in and it breaks it down by servings.  Daily Plate also has a lot of store bought products and restaurants.  I use fitday and have entered in a lot of the things that I use everyday and I like the graph because it tells me what percentages of each (protein, fats, carbs, etc. I have had for the day.

I think you are doing a great job!

I fed the horses by myself this moring for the first time.  Got in 2 ten minute walks yesterday, hope to do the same today. 

Meals:
greek yogart

cottage cheese

Protein:
decaf protein
choc. shake
choc. shake (or made hot)

Vits, morning done
Cal:  need to get somthing new, hate what I have
water:  working on it.

2nd B - bacon, scrambled cheesy eggs w/sausage and another protein coffee (20g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries
L - protein shake (30g)

D - cooking out - steak, deviled eggs and salad

MILES:
On the couch reading today.

Made another batch of NC BBQ.   Son#1 will most likely get into it today.

Do you have a recipe for you NC BQ?  I wouldn't even know where to begin to make it and my DSIL loves barbecue ribs.

Hi Roz!  No plans for today ye, but may go to the recycle center, drop off garbage, fun stuff like that.  Cleaned the house yesterday, need to do bathrooms today (yuk).

Did you get your peppermint paddy SF syrup?  I'm having some in my choc protein coffee today.
