What a wonderful day!~

We celebrated our 16th anniversary yesterday. We went to down town Newbern for their 300th celebration. We left there and went to Morehead City for the boat race previews and car show. Later we tried to go to the Cape Lookout Lighthouse but the ferrys were not running. We did go over to Emerald Isle and walk on the beach before we came back to Jacksonville for dinner and shopping. The weather was beautiful! We had an amazing day together. I would marry him again and  again.
 We walked many miles I am sure. Usually he would be dragging me down the streets. His legs are so long I've never been able to keep up. Yesteday I was the leader of the pack! I couldn't believe the energy I had. It is amazing what a difference this surgery has made in my life. Even after a full day out and about we still had energy for a romantic evening at home. Look out world she's gotten her groove back!  Pictures are posted of our day together.

I don't know your height, but our starting weight and goal weight are exactly the same!  I am also over 1 foot shorter than my DH so I know the feeling of not keeping up.  We celebrated our 40th a couple of weeks ago and yes, I would marry him again and again, too.  

You have given me SUCH a feeling of hope!
