Has anybody tried a supplement called tonalin CLA from Vitamin Shoppe ?
I saw it on the shelf - and it seemed to promote a toned high definition look and less bodyfat .. without the usual stimulants ( guarana or ephedra or green tea) or obvious diuretics so i bought some .
I tried one capsule and it seems to work
but i sure would like to know if it s good in the long term and what actually is in it and HOW it works .....
