Good Morning Everyone!!!   We are going to be in the 80's today so I dug my capris back out....YEAH.  Going Shopping with DD#1 and DGD.  Last weekend I went with DD#2 and we hit all of the sale racks and discount stores, but this week it will be Name Brand all the way.  It's funny how they are so different.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Hi Roz!  Have fun shopping!  it poured rain today, and now it looks like its done for awhile.  Not going get warm today though - maybe 60 or so. 

I was going to clean the house today, but I may hit the stores first.  Looking for a new pair of shoes (who me?... lol).  I'm going to actually try and find a pair of heels - about 3" that don't kill me - we'll see.  Maybe it'll just be fun to try them on.  I stopped wearing higher heels pre-surgery, and usually don't wear anything higher than 1 1/2" -2" now.  Most the time they're much lower than that.

S - 1/4 pieces of quesadilla
D - 2 pieces of quesadilla and 3 honey bbq wings
S - 2 glasses of wine

Hi Roz, glad you have a day to go play. 
I am starting walks today.  So far I have 1 10min. walk around my property in.  I will try for 3 each day for a few days then see if I can make them longer.

cream of potato soup

Snacks
Decaf protein
chocolate protein
fuzzy navel

I'm having a hard time finding calcium citrate chews.  I ordered some chewables from Swanson but they are really pretty awful and don't have D also.  I see the calcium carbonate, but not citrate.

Almonds - maybe 4 or 5 g?

Sunflower seeds - insignificant
Shrimp w/ celery and lite ranch - 7 g
2 squares of Hershey bar (kid was making smores - this was my first candy since surgery)
Not sure about dinner
Probably a protein drink for a snack - 23g

Protein - around 100 g, calories around 900

VITAMINS/WATER - doing really good. Focusing on water lately.

 It was Yom Kippur - so i tried to fast  - not TOO hard as i didnt want to get dehydrated or stop my newly surgeried nose from healing .

B- 2 protein teas and water though the day 

D- taboulleh with  homegrown tomatoes 

     chicken with eggplant 

     protein coffee with frangelico 

     popcorn ( about  1 cup unpopped ) 

     1/4 of  honeydew melon 

      2 cubes of fat free cheese ( 2 ounces ) before bed 

water total - maybe seven glasses throughout the day .... im geting a lot  THIRSTIER  these days .. actually noticing THIRST  as opposed to HUNGER
