Congrats on those skinny jeans Roz !! i bet U look HOTT in them ;) U lil rascal U !! ;)
i tried on an xs black patent leather jacket and 00 runway Burberry kilt this morning and got em both buttoned .... ok not EXACTLY elegantly and louchely like they fit the models but gosh darn it theyre ACCEPTABLE
And im not even working out ! so my weight is miraculously HOLDING !! YAY !!
Im determined to go buy the 700 dollar prada combat boots i desperately wanted today .. i think i deserve a reward .
Also id like to go to the jewelry district buy some gem clay and start my carved opal project . Pretty cool that I WANT To do this stuff ...not just veg in the house and cringe in fear of business.
I guess Im doing BETTER now thanks to OA ... I dont feel deprived at all eating less , just like im taking excellent care of myself ... and excited to be alive .
A few years ago , fitting into runway clothes would have been all i dreamed of ...
I am so delighted with this brand- new reasonable attitude towards food ,, dare I use the word Mature ? ! I mean the very IDEA that me , Ava , wouldnt constantly feel entitled to stuff something in my mouth ?! Wow !!
I sure hope it keeps on even after the antibiotics are finished .....
so far - 2 scoops isopure in chai tea
about 2 cups total shaken baked homegrown delicata squash bites with yummy pumpkin seeds

Thanks for the reply yesterday I had a bit of a chuckle.....I prefer Beemer to Lexus but hey ......we have a cook out today at 3 at nearby lake........got those vitamins and shake in .....have a new front porch being put on this week........
