It's Friday!!!!   My first Protein Drink has been sitting her for an hour and I haven't taken a single drink.  The cold weather is fast approaching and I think I'm going to have to start thinking SF Protein hot chocolate!  I wore my first pair of long jeans for the season to work this morning.  They fit me really good and when I stopped at my Mom's to give her the iodine meds she needs for surgery she said "How much more weight are you going to lose".  I guess the docker capris I wore all summer (that were soooooo comfortable) must have been a little to comfortable and didn't fit me well.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good morning Roz.  When is your mom scheduled now?  She is in my thoughts.
This new plan has me having to think to get everything in, plus taking 5 times out each day to do the thrush meds.  It looks like if I do 3 suppliments and some chocolate milk, I can get cloes to 80 drinking.  The 6 meals, even though they all have protein, only end up being about 3gms each since they are 1/4 c.  It also seems the calories will end up around 800 which is a lot more than some others are eating.  I guess that is ok since it is pretty much all protein.  So today:

B   fave yogart
B   protein latte
S  brocalli/cheese cream soup
L   yogart
S  fuzzy navel
S soup
D  chocolate milk protein
D  soup
S hot chocolate

You are right about the 800 calories.  Your total is going to be a little higher because of the Protein drinks, but it makes me so happy to hear that's the way you are going to go.

 Price I would begrudge every gosh darn calorie of these protein drinks if they didnt help me keep my appetite in check so much . 

FYI  I didnt  drink a single one post op until like 8 months post  when i got hungry and started to regain.  

U CAN get all Ur protein in from food - i did .  Depends how attached U are to EATING lol.  I was  VERY  attached ..so for me eating ( creative and low fat / low sugar ) food worked .

I will be happy to switch some of the drinks for real food when I can have it.  Until then, even canned soup taste pretty good and I am finding some protein I can handle, thanks to all of you.
I also liked it when Roz talked about drinking her protein allowed her more choices eating.  I really love veggies and would hate to think that I wouldn't get what I wanted of them.

Roz - I find that funny your mom said that!  My mom said the same thing to me last weekend.  When I hear that I go "I wish! - but I've gained 3 lbs"... I do know clothes can make a difference.

B - 2 PROTEIN coffees (Yea - back in routine!)
S - a regular coffee
L - leftover beef stew (didn't eat yesterday)
Dessert:  Proto Pure protein bar I picked up at Vitamin World last night - was pretty good, but had 2g of sugar and 6g sugar alchol.  Waiting to see how its going to affect me. 
D - cheese/sausage and 2 chicken wings

Vits- yup
Water:  working on it
Miles -nope - went to chiropractor instead

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I've been holding steady at 2 pounds up.  I haven't seen 109 for awhile.

  Roz, you must look like a skinny-mini in those jeans!   So happy it’s Friday! I’ve had a tough week at work… just looking forward to spending some time with my family, and people I love.

I'm going to have to get used to wearing them again.  It's funny how when you are thin you can wear loser clothes and you don't feel sloppy.  When I was heavy I felt like I had to dress perfect to feel good about myself.

You have a good menu, but I'd like to see you add one more Protein drink in....

I agree, I always felt sloppy when I wore large clothes when I was bigger.
