Hit the 150's this week
My lowest adult weight was 155 in my twenties. Today I hit 159.6 lbs I never thought in my life I would see this number again. Plus my twice daily workouts I am sure increased my muscle weight so I must be even lower in size. Amazing! Not an easy process this RNY but wow am I happy I made the decision to do it. Surgeons high goal for me is 150 and goal is 130 a bit to go but wow!
