I feel great today. I think the walks are helping.
What is your plan for the day??
Your challenge today is to push a little bit beyond your comfort fitness level. Just like yesterday.
Extra steps
Extra distance
Extra resistance.
Maybe take a class you normally wouldn't.
Maybe walk outside instead of treadmill
Etc.

I may get on the elliptical tonight. Its cold and rainy - no outside play for me today. No exercise classes going on tonight I know of.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
