Menus and Miles Thursday Sept. 16th
It's after midnight, but I will check in the morning about the caffein. I'm guessing the lemon tea is just a flavoring and there isn't, but I don't know for sure.
Put some Chocolate Protein in you SF hot chocolate for an added boost. (There is caffine in Chocolate if that matters)
My favorite soup was bean and bacon. I used to puree it when I was on liquids.

Hi Roz, got home Monday after 4 days in eastern Iowa with Sandys Sisters family.....2 yr old grand nephew had a birthday with lots of family and kids ........forgot my protein shakes at home and with nothing even close by I just did without......been taking vitamins so got to get back to my shakes,......shot off bunches of guns they have stock piled......came home and worked on Sandys bathroom ...put in vinyl flooring with new trim and a new commode that uses much less water......was at Cabelas yesterday and found a large portable grill that usually cost 250 but got it for 45 as I had to look through half a dozen crushed boxes to find one that was fixable. Works just great! Today for lunch I had a sloppy Joe and three ears of corn. Also some fruit ****tail. Have been losing weight still, down to 188 but won't update till I have a few more days at that weight. Might check in later ....take care friends........
Wow...that sounds like a steal. My DH and Sons-in-laws love Cabelas. Our new granddaughter that's going to be born in Jan. is going to be named Lexus Cabella. (Daddy's 2 favorite things).

Hey Roz, I tasted the natural peach once and it was awful! I have a big tub of the Lemon Tea and I'm loving that right now. I also like the Lemonade.
