Hi Roz,
We must be on the same protein schedule.  I got mine in today.  I was just about out of Lemon Tea and we are going out of town tomorrow morning. 
I'm afraid to venture out to other protein drinks.  I really like the 3 I use every day.  When I get really tired of those I might order some more samples from Vitalady.
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  Small Wendy's Chili
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  3 meatballs, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/4 cup reduced fat mexican cheese
Totals:
Calories: 948, Carbs 51, Fat 35, Protein 115
Water:  100 ozs
Vitamins:  Done
Miles:  None today - got to wash clothes and pack tonight.

I ordered 4 jugs of Lemon Tea, how many did you get?  I wish I would have tried a sample of the Peach before I spent $31.00 on it.  I tried it again tonight in diet peach snapple and even that didn't cover up the taste.  There is no way I can drink this stuff.

Does your Tea have the new Nutrition label on it?  Serving size 1/4 Scoop  = 6 g.  Who would use a 1/4 Scoop?  I guess they are just trying to make people think that you get 144 servings in a jug.  That would also make the new total 24g instead of 23g...right?

Having breakfast with my father in law and my hubby. We have this diner that is to kill for. I haven't planned the day. But made great choices for breakfast.

B - 1 egg beater, 2 bacon meat only removed fat, 3 tomato slices, 3 cantaloup squares and 1/2 slice wheat bread. (12g/220 cal/1g)
S - protein shake (36g/165 cal/2g)
L - ??
D - ??
S - protein shake (36g/165 cal/2g)

Protein: 84g (100g goal)
Calories: 590 (1000 goal)
Fiber: 5g (25g goal)
water: will start soon... (96oz goal)
Vitamins: on track and on time. Don't like playing catch up m
Miles: 1 1/2 mi walk planned

It's a nice day so gonna go get some rays. Hope everyone has a fantabulous day!!

 1 1/2 scoops protein shake  in chai tea 

baked chicken breast parmesan w eggplant 

protein coffee with frangelico 

lots of water ( its going down so much more easily now )   ....

oh last nite i added a glass of wine and 4  fat free fig newtons  late at nite ....

D - fat free thai coconut chicken soup with mushrooms , fatfree milk n red peppers 

     2 cups melon 

     herbal tea 

cant believe im finally starting to feel THIRST ! wow !!

I never drank water before surgery and now I crave it.  It will get better the longer you drink it.

I've been thinking about getting some fig newtons.  I tried the figs like you suggested but they don't work.  Raisen Bran seems to work some but I'm getting tired of it.

Hi there- been horrible about remembering to post... and even to check in and lurk!  I only get time really during my lunch break and have been working through those recently.. so here is today.

B:  egg mcmuffin (18g)
S:  atkins bar (17g)
L:  lettuce/serloin & veggie wraps with a bit of yummy sticky rice. (25g)
S:  protein shake (30g)
D:  unsure yet - will be flying to school meetings as soon as get home (target 25g)
S:  protein 'hot chocolate'  (30g)

Protein target:  145g  (really hope I can hit that today!)
vitamins - on track
water - on track

Hit the 200 mark!! that's 70 # lost!!!

One week appt today, yahoo. Everything with the appt went well.  I found out I had thrush, which is why my mouth has been so yucky.  Also found out I am/was diabetic.  My A1C or whatever, was 5.7.  Never knew.  Guess it was a good thing I got RYN instead of the sleeve. Got my drain out and put on full liquids. 
How nice to have some new choices but it will take me a while to figure out it all.  We now do 6 meals, 1/4c.  They can be yogurt, cottage cheese, creamed soup (all have to be blended smooth) or SF pudding.  Then we still need to get our 80 gms of protein so that can be inbetween and count as fluid.  We can now have SF hot chocolate or SF nestles chocolate to mix with our milk (2 c a day including what we mix with soup or pudding).
Can someone look on their Lemon Tea container and see if it has caffein?  It isn't on our list but they don't show that it does on the website and it was really yummy yesterday.
