S - Atkins bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Nut-Thins crackers and cheese
S - peanuts
D - beef hotdogs and chili

calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
bedtime batch: pending


MILES: walking (5,826 steps) and 40 push-ups (busy at work today)

Thanks Roz! I really appreciate your input about yesterdays menu. I know I fell really short on the protein.
I was just having a rough pouch day. I first made my hot ****oa with unjury and just couldnt stomach it. I am on a regular diet, but some days it just so hard to eat. Dont know why, but the tuna and the chili still taste the best to me and go down the easiest.

Hi Roz.  No protein drinks yesterday - bad me. I'm going to go get my chocolate today.  I had a better offer last night... lol

L - went out for sushi with DS.  probably 7 pieces total

I was  telling Gina about a friend of mine who told me she hasn't been doing her Protein.  She is 3 years out, starting to gain some of her weight back, and starting to lose her hair again.  Protein is too important to skip Girlfriend.

3 tubs of protein, 2 chocolate, 1 vanilla, liquid B12, liquid milk thistle, aloe vera gel, a protein bar and a new shaker cup!   I left my other shaker cup at my daughters' and she likes it so much she said she's not giving it back!

Did you get it at Vitamin World with the 30% off coupon?  I have so many shaker cups.  Some of them smell like protein, some the lids won't open, and others the lids won't screw back on.  I just can't bring myself to throw them away.  I should just keep the silver ball and pitch the cups.  I think my new dishwasher is shrinking them so nothing works.

Oh - yes I did!  Forgot to mention that.  Decided while I had that great coupon after the members discount, I was going to take advantage of it.  I saved over $35. 

My son confiscated one of my shaker cups - and it sat in the garage with something blue in it all summer and I'll be darned if I'm going to use it again!  He does... oh well... good for him....

I usually lose the silver balls - BUT, I forgot to take my silver ball with me when I went down to my duaghters, so she gets the cup, I keep the ball - LOL.  I figured she can keep it, then when I go stay down there I won't have to worry about taking one with me.
