Hi Roz and lightweights! I upped my calories again, and another pound gone. Go figure. I had just decided to work on maintenance and not try to lose any more. I guess our bodies are going to do what they want to do.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/decaf
L: 2oz scallops
S: 2 wheat thins flatbreads w/28G 2% cheese
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: 2oz baked chicken
S: 1oz beef jerky, 1oz parmesan cheese chips

Cal: 816, Fat: 19, Carb: 31, Prot: 123
Vitamins: Done, Water: 6 cups so far, Exercise: 45 minutes jog/walk treadmill, 200 crunches, 20 push-ups

I am still on liquids :(..... Having trouble getting in the shakes but doing wonderful with the liquids. I did find the beef broth has 5 g of protein so I am getting that in also. I should be moved to soft foods today though and I cant wait! I am having trouble with anything cold right now. Wish me luck :)

I could only drink warm for months.  I bought GNC ANY Whey.  It is unflavored Protein.  I put it my SF hot chocolate, boths, and soups. I also mixed in all kinds of food.

Are you on puree right now? I pureed my meat and everything.  It didn't look good but it tasted like the real thing.

I will try the GNC ANY WHEY, can I add it to my decaf tea? I am not on puree at all. Only liquids, I go in today for my 2 wk follow up, they say soft foods from there, Not really sure what they are but I have loads of questions. I am not sure if it includes any puree or not. Hopefully I will find out soon.

 yeah mix the protein shake w  a little water first , pour into  a cup then add the boiling decaf tea on top ... yum yum

I didn't really care for it in my tea because it made it creamy like if you would put milk in it.  I also would stir it in my SF puddings and Jello's.  Chocolate Protein is good to add to SF hot chocolate too.  It is not entirely flavorless though. It does give things a slightly different taste.  Just use your imagination.

Look a few post down and there are some that discuss different ways to do coffee/decaf drinks.  Also, I found adding Necter's unflavored to chicken broth was very tolerable and it increases the protein significantly.
