I felt real good about yesterdays menu. I forgot how nice it is and good it feels to have everything planned out and no surprises. for the 3rd day straight I have been able to meet my 25g of fiber through food which is great. I am still working on the water though. I found this cereal that is all bran from Fiber One that is only 60 calories and 14g of fiber and 2 grams of protein!! How cool is that?? That is half the days fiber requirements and so few calories. I have had it with greek yogurt and then with my shake. The shake was better....Anyways...I digress
B - Bran Cereal w/protein shake (34g/222 cal/14g)
S - SF Fudge popsicle (4g/60 cal/5g)
L - Qdoba black beans & chicken tossed w/ pico & hot sauce & 1/2 peach (10g/205 cal/2g)
D - sketti sauce & meatballs (21g/228 cal/0g)
S - Protein shake (32g/162 cal/0g)
Protein: 107g (100g goal)
Calories: 792 (1000 goal)
Carbs: don't know yet...will post later

Is having that much Fiber working? I need to find something that works. Raisen Bran works if I have it every single day, but I hate all of those extra carbs.

I know, I am strangely paranoid...lol
So far I think it works. I am on softeners though so I'll know more when I get off those buggers.
Kashi has a cereal too that is like 120 cal w/15g of fiber...I'll get the name if you want.
