S - another protein coffee (20g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries
S - Atkins bar
S - Atkins bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Nut-Thins crackers and cheese
S - Atkins bar
D - pork sholder w/BBQ sauce and part of an ear of corn

VITAMINS:
morning batch: done
zinc  C: done
calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done 
bedtime batch: pending

MILES: walking (7,904 steps) and 50 push-ups

I check out the nut-thins last night.  I guess I was thinking they were more like a pretzel thin rather than a cracker thin.  I'm trying not to eat crackers.  The cheezits are getting the best of me.

Breakfast in the morning...that would be nice.  I guess I'd have to get out out of bed a little earlier and that's not going to happen.

Hi Roz and LW's...

I felt real good about yesterdays menu. I forgot how nice it is and good it feels to have everything planned out and no surprises. for the 3rd day straight I have been able to meet my 25g of fiber through food which is great. I am still working on the water though. I found this cereal that is all bran from Fiber One that is only 60 calories and 14g of fiber and 2 grams of protein!! How cool is that?? That is half the days fiber requirements and so few calories. I have had it with greek yogurt and then with my shake. The shake was better....Anyways...I digress

B - Bran Cereal w/protein shake (34g/222 cal/14g)
S - SF Fudge popsicle (4g/60 cal/5g)
L - Qdoba black beans & chicken tossed w/ pico & hot sauce & 1/2 peach (10g/205 cal/2g)
D - sketti sauce & meatballs (21g/228 cal/0g) 
S - Protein shake (32g/162 cal/0g)

Protein: 107g (100g goal)
Calories: 792 (1000 goal)
Carbs: don't know yet...will post later
Fiber: 25g (25g goal)
Water: 16oz (96 oz goal)
Vitamins: late start but will be fine today...still trying to catch up

You know...I hear ya on that!! LOL I so don't even want to have any set backs by being constipated. I stopped taking pain meds like last week so I am hoping that eventually next week I won't have to take the softeners. Trying very hard to get fiber in with food...AND...drink lots of water.

Did you put the Bran cereal in your Protein drink?

Is having that much Fiber working?  I need to find something that works.  Raisen Bran works if I have it every single day, but I hate all of those extra carbs.

Hi Roz, I ate the bran cereal dry like popcorn and drank my drink.  I guess I could add it but it would be real thick...bleh. I just don't want all that bran to swell in my gut and get stuck...lol 
I know, I am strangely paranoid...lol 

So far I think it works. I am on softeners though so I'll know more when I get off those buggers. 

Kashi has a cereal too that is like 120 cal w/15g of fiber...I'll get the name if you want.

Thanks for the info.  My DD says children's fiber gummies really work so I might look into them.  I only go about every 3 days and I am miserable on that 3rd day.  I need to find something that works, but I don't want to take any more pills or anything that is going to make me gassy because that just adds to the pain.
