Wow, I'm going to post early today. I'm going shopping at lunch. I've made really bad choices this week and need to get past it. Nothing like I would have done before WLS, but still bad choices and I know I need to do better.
Here's the plan today:

S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: 2.5 ozs hamburger patty, 1/4 cup squash & onions, 1/4 cup mashed califlower
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Peanut Butter & Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves on Wheat Toast (Yummy!!)

Calories 960, Carbs 68, Fat 31, Protein 120
Vitamins: Done
Water: 100 ozs
Miles: Walked 2 1/4 miles after work.

Sweets and chips are my problems and I need to just stay away from them. I do much better now than ever but still need to try and do better sometimes.

Don't you just love the meat in fajitas?? The meat is so tender and there is always enough for several meals. Chili's is my favorite.
