I'm so glad your Mom's test was normal. Maybe they can schedule the surgery soon so she won't have to worry about it too long. I posted my protein coffee directions on your post from yesterday this morning. I didn't get back on line last night - I ate some pie and was sooooo sick - I deserved it!!
I missed my morning Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink. It was lunch time before I realized what time it was. I'm trying to clean 2 years of junk off of my desk at work today. It looked like a tornado dropped everything on my desk!!

I hate my desk at work piled up but I do have a drawer that I stuff things in that I should clean out. I was trying to find something in it this morning and I was getting a little irratated. I am much better at work than I am at home. My computer desk at home definitely needs a good cleaning.
Pie crust gets me every time and I'm so stupid I just keep trying it. I love the crust....
I still haven't heard from the surgeon's office. We are hoping we can keep it from her until the night before. That should work unless we have to start giving her the iodine 3 times a day again. Last time we were supposed to give it to her for 10 days before surgery but we stopped when it was cancelled. The Dr. who perscribed the iodine is in Paris at a conference, so I need to ask the Surgeon.

I havent tried this .... nor WILL I as long as i dont desperately crave pie ..but its good to have a somewhat healthy substitute at least 4 me when a craving becomes irresisitible.
Just for today though , im OK without baked goods , thank God.
yesterday i had an AP emergency that required my attention but i didnt binge ( even slightly ) .. even though i was VERY stressed . Hmmm...

fig cake ( about 4 figs and 4 almonds ) ( just oressed figs )

L - McD's angus swiss cheese/mushroom snack wrap - perfect size! Now if only I can figure out a way to have it wrapped in something other than a flour tortilla. I have led myself to believe that its better than the bun, but I'm not so sure of that. I have go to on McD's website and look at the nutritional info.
