S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries
S - Atkins bar
L - chocolate raspberry protein shake (30g)
S - Atkins bar
S - Nut-Thins and cheese
D - going out to Texas Roadhouse

What are Nut-thins???  Chocolate rasberry...that sounds good.  I wonder what Cocolate and Twisted Cherry would taste like....I think I'll try that in the morning.

 Blue Diamond makes them and they're gluten free. I fond them in the organic section at my grocery store.

Hi Roz, good job on the trampoline! I bet it was super fun.

Here's my plan for the day. I have been stalled for almost 3 weeks. I am kind of wondering if I'm eating too much. Realistically, eating 1000 - 1200 calories would not be too much to lose weight, but sometimes I think I eat more calories than many other posters who are 6 months out. What do you think?

I just don't want to eat over 1000 calories, so I dropped the yogurt from the plan.

I ate between 600-800 during the losing stage, but I wasn't drinking Protein drinks so add a couple of Protein drinks to my calories then I was probably about 1000. 

If your stall lasts much longer you might have to increase your calories for several days and then drop back down.  Increase with "good" food.

Wow! I am amazed at how fast my calorie total falls when I log my eating. I get embarrassed when I am not doing as I should so I don't log, but I am only hurting myself. I have not gained wt, but I have not lost any in quite a while.
B-Blueberry and cream oatmeal
s- plum
coffee
L Steak
  Tomato and onion with dressing
S Protein decaf coffee with pumpkin spice. ( I am hungry for pumpkin pudding but no pumpkin on the shelves of the grocery store, whats up with that!)
D Spanish rice left over from Saturday (home made lots of beef and onion with some rice)
Something tasty before bed maybe more oatmeal

Low protein 58 g even with drink...:(

Looking at your menu, I'd say your Protein is really low and your carbs are really high.  This might not be hurting you now, but it will eventually catch up with you.  My friend is 3 years out and starting to lose her hair and gain some of her weight back.

OK, I'll play!

I haven't had enough protein yet today, and I really need to start logging my food again.  Been doing Couch-to-5K and not really getting any hunger because of it, but I do feel like I "need" to eat more often.  Unfortunately it's easier to reach for grapes, or cereal, or a Fiber One bar, or something carby than it is to fix protein. *sigh*  

B:  1 container Fage Greek Yogurt with a little fairly low-carb instant banana split cheesecake mix stirred in
L:  18 shrimp with >1/8 cup of Bertolli alfredo sauce
S:  1c. original Fiber One cereal with plain almond mild
Dinner and further snacks to be determined

Right on track with vitamins

Miles:  Still going according to time with the C25K, but ran 28 minutes.  Based on covering exactly 2 miles in 25 minutes on Saturday, I'm guessing that puts me somewhere around two and a quarter miles or so.  Gonna get out and walk our little lunatic soon, but she's a puppy so it hardly counts as exercise lol.

Thanks for joining us!

That's exactly the reason that I drink Protein drinks.  They are easy, filling, and help me get my liquids in.  When I drink my Protein then I don't have to eat Protein unless I want it.
