Menus and Miles Sunday Sept. 12th

Hi Roz and everyone.
I don't want to go to work tomorrow.  Atleast I only have to work 4 days next week.  We are going to the mountains Friday.
Here's the plan today.  Just don't want much food for some reason.
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  2 oz hamburger patty, slice tomato & onion, 1/2 deli flat bread, 4 rice snacks
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  2 oz hamburger patty, 1/4 cup squash & onions, 1/4 cup mashed califlower

I didn't do totals today but my protein was atleast 92 with the 4 protein drinks and I have gotten in atleast 80 ozs of water.
Vitamins:  Done except night time multi vitamin
Miles:  None.
