Fitness Challenge - September 13th
Good Morning Peeps!
I'm off to Denver this morning and will return Thursday night. Not sure about checking in on my iPhone but I may get an opportunity. Our conference schedule starts at 7am so it's a long day. Not sure where exercise will fit in for me. Today I'll walk the airports and try to keep moving. Tomorrow night I'm going to a baseball game and will do some walking up and down the stairs etc. I'll try to do hotel stairs as well. This is a food fest every year. Breakfast, Lunch, Wine and yummies. I'm packing some protein bars and bags of 100 calorie almonds for the plane. I also packed gym clothes for Thursday morning. Maybe I'll get to work out more than that!
So keep up the good work everyone. Diana is going to start us while I'm away. No giving her a hard time by trying to slack!

Sounds like you are prepared to make this a great trip, Lee. I go on a business trip the first week in October and really am looking forward to having a lighter suitcase, more room on the airplane seat, and feeling more comfortable socializing with colleagues.
Anyway, today I went to my weights class. It was good, but I still feel like I should get a run in tonight. Maybe just a 2-miler or a good, long walk.
