 Thanks ya'll for the kind words! It has been..well...an interesting journey! I'm still learning new things about what works for me and boy does my pouch like to change things up from day to day! lol. I get soooo much motivation from reading this forum...couldn't do it without yall!

I'm so glad i decided to post pics because it has allowed me to actually see that I have lost. Logically, i know I have but the mind is a funny thing. I guess its true what they say...a picture is worth a thousand words!
