 Thanks Gina!   Yard work is great exercise and you used muscles that you don't generally use while walking and doing wall push-ups.  Great job!

I got in a six mile hill run this morning. I think that's my longest run yet. I also made it to the top of the big hill without walking!

OH MY GOODNESS!  SIX miles?  That is freaking fantastic.  Your legs, lungs, heart are all getting so strong.  Isn't it amazing what we can do post-op.

Sometimes I forget that not that long ago, what we do today would have about killed us!

Walked the dog and had a 2 hour beginners yoga class today, which I loved!
Feeling a little sore from all the breathing exercises, crazy!

Lee, are you taking your synthroid early in the am? Just curious to see if that could be interfering with you sleep.

Synthroid..... if I wake up to go... I take it then, around 4 or 5 am.  This last week I go to bed, have my usual 30 minutes of fun with my Kindle, but when I generally fall asleep, I'm wide awake.  It's like there's something switched on in me.  I do have 1 cup, or 1/2 cup of Earl Grey but it's at 6am and shouldn't effect me at 11 or 12pm.   I've been falling asleep around 12 or 1 (after taking 1/4 of an Ambien to knock me out), then waking up around 5 and staying awake.  When I'm up at 5am for the day, I'm taking the syntroid then.

Does it jazz up other people???  I guess I'd trade the pounds that are coming off for the sleep, but I'd love to have both!
