Sore!

My friend just taught me (as she watched me attempt to sit down at a restaurant tonight) that my muscle soreness is "just the weakness leaving your body."  (Or so her [former] trainer says).  

So, the next time you're sore from your workout, just say goodbye to all that weakness.  ;)

I like that. I also like being a little sore from a workout. I always thought that meant I worked hard enough.

I love that analogy!!  I'll try and remember that...

I have a LOT of weaknesses obviously - and here I thought it was just old age!!

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

So I'm thinking that my sore is the fat leaving my body, or actually the gas and water they put in me for surgery. VBG 
I certainly haven't worked out.
