Today I have some homework to do and a birthday party to attend. Its for one of my Dad & Stepmom's foster kids. We will be celebrating his 1st b-day tody.
I dont know if I will be taking youngest DS though. He has very big social issues...

Hi Roz!  I'm not having any problems with OH other than its occasional slowness and not wanting to open certain messages at times. 

I have a family reunion on my moms side to go to today.  When my Grandpa was alive the family got together twice a year - on his birthday and on fathers day.  Now he's gone no one makes the effort anymore.  I thought about taking Wynn with me, we'll see.  My daughter didn't seem to be that thrilled with the idea.  Maybe that's how I get her to go too. 

I will be staying a few extra days.  She feels a bit overwhelmed still - my boss is letting me work from her house.  First thing I thought of when she asked me to stay was "Do I have enough vitamins with me?"... that's a good thing, right?

L - ham slice, chicken thigh, pickled beets, taco salad, cheese slices and for dessert a small part of a piece of spice cake
D - 2 pieces of pizza.. yea, I'll pay for that

yeah mine has been acting weird 4 a few days , freezing up and so forth ...

OK im back to the grind today ! 130 lbs ... not terrible not great but at least STOMACHABLE .... and gong out for a long long blade ....

ive resolved to try to drink ,,, try to get more protein in ( maybe even SHAKES) just to generally shake things up without tipping over into thinking - about- food constantly hunger .

The truth is i have to learn to live with the mental condition of " I could eat " between meals. Its not about stuffing myself like a Christmas turkey anymore , nor is it about eating everything i CAN and still maintaining a low body weight.

The problem with living on funky substitute- food low cal bulky diets is you get used to a certain volume of food and then when Ure in a RESTAURANT , on a boat , or under someone else s roof Ur toast because theres an unholy amount of calories in every portion .

yesterday - 100 crunches - 25 reverse crunches - 20 crunches on sides , pushups and backbends

2 protein teas

one 4 ounce lean meatloaf ( homemade )

handful of popcorn

coffee with one scoopful isopure

one 4 ounce meatloaf

half a shrimp/avocado salad from pret a manger with fat free ranch dressing

not enough water!!

Roz, try clearing your temporary Internet files and even all your cookies. Make sure you can find your password to OH before you do it though. When you log back into OH it might want your password again.

Good morning LW's...

I found some great cereal Fiber One All Bran that for 1/2 cup serving, it has 14g of fiber and for only 60 calories!! I think I am going to couple that with some greek yogurt to add protein. Sounds like a yummy breakfast to try today. I tried the bran dry and not so bad. Even the honey thought it was tolerable...

So, today the plan is to continue on with meeting my fiber goals, water goals, and protein goals. Not too much to ask, right? LOL 

S - Coffee w/added fiber (3g fiber)
B - 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt w/sf pudding + 1/2 cup all bran cereal (15g/125 cal/14g fiber)
S - Protein shake (36g/175 cal/2g fiber)
L - ?
D - ?
