Protein Hot Cocoa mix....
Dont' bother, they are very expensive and not much protein. Make your own, I do 2 times per day for 35 grams of protein per mug = giving me 70grams of protein just from my hot chocolate.
Buy the Swiss Miss Sensibly Sweet Hot Chocolate - 60 calories per packet (I buy so much that I buy a large canister instead of a box and use it buy the 1/4 cup for 75 calories) Make hot chocolate as usual in a mug. Take a separate small bowl and add 1 1/2 scoops of chocolate whey protein (some use vanilla for a marshmallow like taste) and add 1/3 of a cup of cool water and mix until smooth. Add the protein mixture to the hot chocolate and then add a little milk to taste. This makes amug of delicious hot chocolate with 35 grams of protein.

I use the Swiss Miss Diet that has 25 calories in it. I use 2 packages (I like it strong) and mix it half milk half water. I put either vanilla or chocolate protein powder with it (mix it like a slurry like Gina does with her coffee) and pour the hot chocolate on top (or mix it in). I also like to put a splash of Peppermint Patty SF syrup. I get the Peppermint Patty from Vitalady. It comes in glass bottles so she won't ship it year round (in the winter). I tried peppermint extract but its just too strong.
If you don't want the extra calories from the milk you can mix with water and put some chocolate powder in it - thickens it up nicely.
If you have a cupboard full of SF flavorings like I do you can do all kinds of fun stuff with it.

You can save yourself alot of money by buying the 60 calorie packets. They are basically the same thing as the 25 calorie ones but with 2 times the amount of stuff. Compare the nutritional information and the weights and you will see that everything is basically double on the 60 calorie ones. Once I noticed that, I immediately switched from the 25;s to the 60's since I was doing the same thing - using 2 of the 25's. Made much more sense to use 1 of the 60's. Now since I use it so much, I buy it in a supersize tub and measure off a 1/4 cup for 75 calories - a little more calories but tastes really good.
I know it is more expensive but for convenience I keep the HealthWise hot chocolate at work. It comes in the individual packets that I just add ho****er from the coffee dispenser and mix. I really don't have the time to do all the mixing that protein powder would require or I would go that route. This is quick and easy with 15 grams of protein plus it is really good hot chocolate. I always order the the plain chocolate and the variety box. Had not thought of it but guess I could just add it to my coffee too. Have to try that. I try and get my required protein from real food and consider this as an added bonus.
