You look terrific.  I think you could rock the cap sleeves if that's the look that you want.  That said, I think the "look" of dress with longer sleeves is hot hot hot.  The buttons down the side elongate your body and the way the material comes across your midriff is stunning. The V at the neck is a great line on you.  I think any of us would want to be able to rock that dress the way you are.  

The top dress is nice looking, the bottom dress is a show stopper. The top dress looks like a "mom" dress.  The bottom dress is a "look at me and think WOW"  dress.

You'll rock whatever you wear.

Lee, you're making my day.  Thanks for the compliments.  I'll definatley keep the green dress then.  I need two though that's why I'm still looking.  I'm just not sure I can feel comfortable in a semi formal dress with my arms showing.  Summer clothes, another story, I can justify.  Thanks again for the comments!

Oh the longer sleeve dress is a much better dress all around! It is much more flattering and shows off your figure better than the other one.

Now I think Ur arms ARE HOT too by the way ...U have beautiful definition and lovely shoulders and skin.   So dont be shy about wearing tank tops etc and showing them off !!  

Have U tried using the salicylic acid scrub every day in the shower ?  That and a lil sun exposure works wonders for the skin over time Ive found ....

Thanks for the postive comments about my arms.  I'm going to start working out too.  Something I honestly didn't realize I needed to do until now when I want to look better. 

No, I don't even know what the salicylic acid scrub is?  Where do I get it?

 any drugstore at the acne section .  Neutrogena makes a great SA body scrub ( 2% Salicylic acid ) grapefruit scented .... but in a pinch i just use their facial acne liquid soap asa shower gel  ( also 2%) 

What the SA  does is increase cell turnover slightly so Ur skin essentially acts years younger ....  and it gets rid of much of the creepiness and excess skin  I found ....

You can also make it EVEN more effective by getting some sun ( and sea water makes it even MORE so ) .  

I honestly think U have GREAT arms .... Grrl, u HAVENT EVEN BEEN WORKING OUT ?!!!  and U have definition like THAT  ?!!  wow !!  

Now Im  jealous !  .... lol 

I think both look great and you could easily wear either.  The bottom looks "younger" and "hipper" and gives you some incredible curves.  Even though the arms look fine, you'll probably be less "self-conscieous" in the longer sleeve dress and therefore have a better time!!! 
I know from personal experience if I'm not comfortable in how I look...I don't have a good time!

Yup, I agree Payton...if I don't feel like I look good I don't either.  You know, that brown dress is my least favorite that I've bought to try.  I have a black one that I think looks better, but again it has the cap sleeves.  I'll keep the green though for sure.

I think your arms are fine but WHOOOOT! to that last dress!  That is ultra and it rocks your curves!
