A model friend of mine (I mean, she just had a huge spread in Vogue last month) swears by this workout, and she challenged me to give it a shot.  I didn't think I was in good enough shape then, but I'm getting closer now and feel ready to try the DVD.  

Anyone else want to try it with me?  It's going to take a while to master, but I feel like it's the last step before I start a real dance class (in NYC!)  It's been years since I danced, but it used to consume so much of my life, and I miss it!  I was just too heavy to attempt an arabesque before.  As the buttocks shrinks, the arabesque becomes more possible...

Anyway, the Tracy Anderson Method is supposed to help build cut lean muscle without bulk.  The key is that it gives you a dancer's workout.  And it is pretty hard core!  

Wanna give it a try?  We can support e/o and hold e/o accountable.  I know I'm more likely to do it if one of you is doing it with me.   

It's gonna kick our booties, ladies!  You with me?

Whoa! I watched some of her videos on Youtube.  She is amazing and if you can follow her, you go gurl.  I am not there yet by a long shot.  I know from my dancing days when I weighed only 125 lbs that she definitely is on the right track.  The equipment she has invented is pretty funny though.  Check out the last few minutes of this video with Kelly Ripa and Tracy.    I wish I was ready to join you, but you go for it!

I would but I LOATH dance aerobics.  I'll stick to crossfit.  LOL  I can't even bring myself to do zumba.  I like the feel of the weights and I like the bulk.  I could weigh 150 the rest of my life of I have that ice cream scoop on my arm, that sweet horse shoe for my tri's and thighs that will crack a mans skull!  LOL
