Roz is dealing with her mother today and she asked me to post M&M for her.  Swing some lizards for of them...maybe even for the stress test technicians. They're all going to need help today.

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 - 1/2 strength IDS vanilla-cinnamon protein coffees (30g)
S - Fage yogurt and another protein coffee (20g)
S - Atkins bar
S - Atkins bar
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - chili and farmers cheese
S - CarbSmart ice cream

MILES: 4 - 15 minute walks (8,699 steps) and 80 leaning push-ups

Hope everything goes ok for Roz and her family today.  I haven't heard from Price's husband yet.

884 calories, 46 carbs, 31 fat, 114 protein

I read your update about your mom.  I know y'all are glad the test is over.  Hopefully you will hear something soon.

Sometimes it is better to just agree with them and not even try to explain.  I know I have to do that with mine sometimes - they are so funny!!

My DD got a call from her doctor this morning and they said some of her lab work came back not right - Thyroid and Insulin.  She has an appointment in the morning at 10.  I told her I would go with her and she told me I could as long as I didn't try to tell the doctor what to do!!haha.  I tried to tell her what blood test she needed to be sure they ran for the insulin and she did say I could talk about that.  She is on Thyroid medicine but has gained 11 pounds in a month - should have lost.

Hope everything is ok! - Decided to up the calories a little, we'll see.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee
S: RTD Pure protein shake
L: 1oz roast beef lunchmeat, 1LF string cheese
S: 1/2 C FF cottage cheese
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: 1/2 Turkey wrap (low carb tortilla, 2oz turkey, 2tbs bacon bits, 2tbs diced tomato, 2tbs FF mayo, 1/4C FF cheese, 1/4C lettuce)
S: Other 1/2 turkey wrap

Cal: 729, Fat: 15, Carb: 38, Prot: 116
Water: 64oz so far, Vitamins: Done, Exercise: I think I'm taking the day off, my joints are aching.

You are still pretty low on the calorie side with all of the activities you do. Take it slow and see how high you can go and still maintain.  Try not to increase with "bad" carbs.  Once I increased mine I started losing again and then my body decided where to stop.

Hi Gina!  When I saw you started this I then remembered Roz was with her mom.
