 You did a lot yesterday Rosa.  Your body is just asking for a little TLC.

I'm really sore tonight.  I figure I'll go for a long hike tomorrow and see if I can't get the sore leg muscles to quiet down, or at least give them something new to complain about. :)

Hi Lee,
We walked 2 miles today after work.  I'm trying not to do the same thing every day.  We walked a little faster than yesterday but walked less.

You are a walking machine!!!  I guess I could walk at lunch but that is my OH time at work!!

 Hi Linda.  Good job on the walking and getting faster!  I don't log onto OH at work.  I'm afraid to start because I develop poor habits so easily.  The last thing I need is to be on OH at work and have to explain.  I try to set a good example.  *sigh*
