Fitness Challenge - September 8th
Good Morning!
I'm still a sleepy head but I'm going to act cheerful. :)
I wonder if my difficulty falling asleep is because my body is revved up from the thyroid meds. Anyone have an opinion from their experience. I do have 1 cup of caffeine tea before 7am which shouldn't keep me awake. I guess I'll cut that out and see what happens for a few days.
Weather says it's rainy outside. I guess I could walk to the window to find out but sitting here with my laptop in my lap, I'm feeling lazy!
My legs are sore from that steep hill walk on Monday. When I was doing my super fast 30 minute lunchtime walk yesterday, my legs and tush started complaining. Still feeling it this morning but did a lot of stretching last night. Those darn muscles that don't get used everyday! :)
Time to plan the day.
Walk to work - 15 minutes
Walk at lunch - 30 minutes
Walk home - 15 minutes
WLS buddy who's getting Sleeved on Monday is coming to walk the lake - 60 minutes
So I'll get in a minimum of 2 hours walking today.

i hear ya about those mi=uscles that we dont use every day im really feeling the top front of my thighs and inside of my hips from running .
today my fitness will include 30 min on the eliptical
burning 300 cal then 30 min circuit training not sure how much that burns ( im still thinking about getting that fit bugg) then free weights i do 3 sets of 20 barbells 10 pds and i use a 1 15 pd barbell i do all sorts of lifting roughly 30 min
then ill jump on tread mill and run for 15 min 4.7
after we go to the beachhhhhh lolololol

Hi Lee ~ just casual walking on the plan today. I still feel a lot of pressure in the pelvic area if I stand too long. Then I have to sit on a heating pad most the night. LOL That feels oh so good when I do....
Anyways, I cannot wait until I am past all this recovery crap. I'll do a few laps around the house today :)

4 - 15 minute walks today (8,852 steps) and 80 leaning push-ups. HOOAH!
