Well, my DD is having another girl.  We were all a little bummed for a little while,  but thinking pink again this morning.  This will make them 4 girls....his, hers, theirs.   Mom's surgery is cancelled because of questions on her EKG.  We have to schedule a stress test.

Good morning! I could not get moving this morning, but I'm back on track now. I felt like I had fuzzy brain.

B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/coffee

I feel fine, just really tired. I have been really busy with the kids and my school work, that's probably it.

Hope your Mom's stress test goes ok.  Congratulations on another little girl!! 
Here's today's plan:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  6 small grilled shrimp, 1/4 cup green beans
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  1 cup watermelon
D:  Rice cake, 2 tbls reduced sugar peanut butter, 1 tbsp sugar free strawberry preserves
S:  Greek Yoguart vanilly Protein Shake - this was delicious!!

I did not have a plan today.  I went to the grocery store and wandered around - which is dangerous for me.  Then ended up going to Captain D's and getting 2 grilled shrimp skewers only and some green beans.  I might have some watermelon later today.
