Hi Roz,
Hope you have had a great Labor Day.  DH and I have had a good day together today.  We went for a 3.2 mile walk this morning, washed and cleaned out my car and just enjoyed the day together.  I cleaned my closet out this afternoon.
Here's todays eats:
B:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
S:  Decaf Coffee
L:  Pepperoni/Ground Beef Pizza(Made on Deli Wheat Thin) - I forgot how good this was.
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  2.4 oz sirloin steak, 1 oz grilled onions, 1 oz baked potato
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink

Totals:
824 Calories, 48 carbs, 22 fat, 110 protein
Vitamins:  Done except night time vitamin
Water:  80 ozs
Miles:  3.2 walked

Vanilla Protein frap 29g
Cheese stick 6g
P'nut M&Ms - OOPs
Hamburger pattie 14g
Cheese Slice 4g
Lettuce
Strawberry Kiwi Protein 23g
Lasagna 17g

Protein Total 93
Calories 970

 Breakfast - Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Snack - Green Tea Lemonade - Unsweetened

Lunch - Lasagna (whole wheat elbow macaroni instead of lasagna noodles) with extra hamburger

Dinner - Ribeye steak, homemade macaroni and cheese with whole wheat pasta

Snack - Mini Chicken egg roll

Snack - Refried Beans


I still eat a lot of snacks to try to get in enough calories. I try to eat every few hours.
