Sorry, this is late. Slept in this morning until 10 and then had to rush to my Mom's to give her the morning meds that I am responsible for. The little stinker wasn't home and I sat and waited for her about an hour. Now I have to make another trip...oh well, what else was I going to do today.

Exactly When I'm at work it seems like I'm forever grazing. Even though I feel I take quality snacks, I just think I'm eating too much.
I think I'll be kicking the Atkins Bars to the curb. 240 calories is a lot for a snack.
Sounds like you guys had a good day. I've barely moved off the couch today. Went out with a girlfriend last night and didn't get home until 4am . We have had rain showers moving through and I hear some thunder now. I may get adventerous and go to the grocery store for milk - but that's about it.

Day 31 of Optifast
Dinner, baked chicken and salad and a peach
I had dinner out last night for the first time since the Optifast. We went to a buffet to be sure I could get baked stuff and veggies. I had baked fish, turnip greens, cabbage and cantelop and grapes for desert. The fish had some kind of sauce but was still the best choice of what was there.
One more day of Optifast, one day of clear liquids, then surgery. I'm getting so close!!!! thanks for all the well wishes.
