Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Scales were nice to me today. I think I've been doing pretty good even with the stress this weekend. I've been cutting out snacking, even though yesterday I did allow myself some Greek Yogurt dressed up yummy and a few peanuts.
I'm working from home today, so we'll see how the eating comes about....

L - a low carb tortilla pizza
D - a piece of regular pizza
S - a couple of glasses of celbratory wine
