Hi lightweights!
I have not posted lately....but I lurk daily. Just wanted to ckeck in and share my progress. I have lost 1/2 of my target weight. I weight 158. I bought a pair of size 19 jeans today....I was a 22 to begin with. I can bike without difficulty for 90 minutes. My next challenge is weight training.
EDIT...Silly me, I cant type! My new jeans are a size 10

I'm guessing you mean a size 9 instead of 19 unless that's the way some of the stores I haven't been to size things and that's entirely possible. Anyway, sounds like you're doing a great job. Congrats on your successes so far. Rock on, babeee!
