Seriously? Is this how it's supposed to be?
From Wednesday until this morning I've shed THREE pounds. I haven't done that since month 1. I would read about people who were so happy to see a few ounces or whatever, come off daily but since month 1 it's been pure struggle for me and I rarely saw a drop of ounces two days in a row.
In the last week I think I've seen just a little, or a lot, come off daily. So this is what people were talking about eh?
I hope and pray (ok, swinging my tea mug.... opps!) that I'm not jinxing this by typing it, but golly I want this to continue! I'm eating the same as i was for the last several months, same calories, but less exercise than the last three months. Whatever, I'm going to revel in how great this feels!

YEA!!!! Glad its working for you!
Keep positive and you won't be jinxed! You'll probably still do some stalls, but it sounds like the meds are working for you. How are you feeling with them?

But I usually notice it much sooner. If I miss a dose, I can feel it dragging me down my early afternoon. My PCP says it takes 6 weeks for a new dose to get fully into your system. You might be on an upswing for a few weeks still.
