Good for you avoiding the carbs!  I've been working on "not tasting" things that are in my site.  Like licking the spoon/beaters, 1 jelly bean, or 1 chip.

Hi Roz,
I missed yesterday - too busy chasing DGD's.
Here is what I've done today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L:  3 ozs baked chicken breast - marinated in Onion & Tomato Dressing with roasted peppers and goat cheese(YUCK)  That stuff stinks and taste horrible - but I have 2 more breast like this that somebody needs to eat - probably going in the garbage tomorrow.
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Strawberries, Sugar Free Shortcake Cookies & lite cool whip
D:  Peanut butter & Jelly sandwich on wheat toast

I didn't do totals today, but I know with my 3 protein drinks & chicken I have plenty of protein.
Vitamins:  Done
Water:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  Cleaned my house really good!!

When I didn't see a post from you, I figured you were just enjoying your babies.  All of our babies were gone today and it was a pretty boring day without them.  I did get to catch up on some of the LW posts though.

Goat cheese...it does sound YUCK.  I think Goats milk is really strong.
