Day 30 of Optifast, only 3 more to go.
I will be traveling today to take the pony to the trainers. I have all my optifast and drinks packed but will do supper out. I'll look for somewhere i can get baked chicken or fish and a plain veggie.
I did ok last night at the pot luck. Ham, sliced tomatoes, green beans and a spoonfull of squash casserole ( I made it and knew it was low fat and no bad carbs). No desert although they had cheesecake and chocolate cake. Yea me.

I really have NO idea what I'm eating today. One of those days. I totally missed having any protein drinks yesterday, so that's high on my list today. I've also been doing very well with staying away from carbs. I also have cut snacking out except for a few peanuts here/there. I'm thinking, unfortunately, that is going to be the key to me maintaining.
And no, I haven't tried GAP dress pants before.
