WOW...is it cold here!   We live on one of the highest hills in our area and the wind is unreal.

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

I was going to clean up my flower boxes today, but it's way to windy.  2 of my DD's went about 2 hours north, I bet it's really cold there.  Everyone here's taking a nap so I thought I'd do some catching up on the boards.   Tanning...that's a good idea.  I just might mosey down that long hallway.

I started my day carby too.  Warm toast just sounded good on a cold morning. I'm behind on my Protein drinks too.  I usually have 3 by now at work.

Dinner, ham, sliced tomatoes and ?????
I have a club meeting tonight and there will be food food food.  The main dish is ham and I can have that.  I 'm pretty sure there will be salad or something else I can have as well as all the tons of stuff I can't.  But I can do it.  I was 200.0 this morning and I would love to be in onderland for surgery.

Hi Roz.  Cold here too - windy and trying to break 57 degrees...  We're also having "lake effect" rain - UGH.  Going to an outside motorcycle event - I'm not going to ride mine with the knowledge it might still rain.  If they guaranteed me it was done, I might think about it. 

But - DS and I went "thrift store" shopping today. He didn't find anything but I found a pair of GAP jeans I love.  That was what I was specifically looking for.  $50 jeans for $4 - WOOHOO!!

B - 2 coffees
B 2 - wheat english muffin with egg/ham/cheese (late bfast)
S - some peanuts
L - chicken thigh and leg (late lunch - more like dinner)
D - no idea
