Day 29 of Optifast
Dinner, ham, sliced tomatoes and ?????
I have a club meeting tonight and there will be food food food. The main dish is ham and I can have that. I 'm pretty sure there will be salad or something else I can have as well as all the tons of stuff I can't. But I can do it. I was 200.0 this morning and I would love to be in onderland for surgery.

But - DS and I went "thrift store" shopping today. He didn't find anything but I found a pair of GAP jeans I love. That was what I was specifically looking for. $50 jeans for $4 - WOOHOO!!
