L: left over beef/chix shiskabob with 3T rice (25g)

D: pizza I think... kids. (15g)

I think the push ups are helping put a little muscle back on the arms but I'm really trying to strengthen my back muscles too. You are probably pretty fit with all the grandbabies you get to pick up and hold. lol
