It sounds like you are going to have a wonderful weekend!!!  All of my grandbabies but Houston are going to camp all weekend.   With two of my DD's married/dating brothers they are both gone when the in-laws have plans.  They are both great guys so I guess that's my only complaint.

I haven't tried the lettuce wrap yet.  I might do that this weekend.

I cannot believe I am almost 9 months post op. Jeesh how time flies...
Today is nothing special ~ keep focusing on getting protein and vitamins and fiber in today. Oh yah, and water...lol

B - oat fit oatmeal (4g & 100 cal) w/raisins (45 cal)
S - Pure Protein RTD shake (35g & 170 cal)
L - ??
S - Pure Protein RTD shake (35g & 170 cal)
D - ?? 

Protein: 74g w/o lunch and dinner
Calories: 485 w/o lunch and dinner
Carbs : 37g w/o lunch and dinner

Vitamins: morning batch done
water: 16oz down so far
Miles: walk around the block.

Today's plan:

B: egg, spinach & cheese soufle (20g)
L: left over beef/chix shiskabob with 3T rice (25g)
S: fuzzy naval protein shake (30g+)
D: pizza I think... kids. (15g)
S: chocolate protein shake (30g)

dear daughter has conned me into agreeing to a sleep over at our home tonight -- inviting 3 little neightbor girls (and maybe their little brother if he feels ok joining all girls!)   promised one all summer and never did it- so I guess I deserve this "pleasure" now!    (not exactly what my husband needs right now, 5+ excited, loud kids all night!)

hope the rest of the weekend allows for some rest.

What Atkins bars do you eat?  There are so many to choice from that I'm not sure which ones are actually good for us.

Do you think the push ups are helping your arms?

I'm eating peanut butter granola with no sugar alcohols. I was stuck in a meeting for hours this morning and my nerves were getting shot...thus the grazing on bars.

I think the push ups are helping put a little muscle back on the arms but I'm really trying to strengthen my back muscles too. You are probably pretty fit with all the grandbabies you get to pick up and hold. lol
