Down another pound today! TOM is over, so my monthly "stall" must be too. Here's the plan for today, once again calories and carbs up from usual because of my race tomorrow (which I have butterflies about already)
B: 1 scoop GNC Wheybolic w/1.5C coffee
S: RTD Pure protein shake
L: 2oz scallops
S: Carbmaster yogurt
D: Sushi
S: Wheat thins flatbreads w/1oz cheese
Totals without dinner: Cal: 645, Fat: 12, Carb: 43, Prot: 92
Water: 5 cups so far, Vitamins: First batch down, Exercise: Day of rest

We are travelling overnight today to see my sister and her family in Iowa (6 hr drive from Northern Indiana). Everyone have a wonderful Holiday Weekend!

I love Cracker Barrel! My favorite is the chicken and dumplings and even though I can't eat much of it now thats what I still order. We have to drive a couple of hours to get to one so I'm careful with my carbs for a few days before we go.
I hope you like the lemon tea. Some do and some don't. I like it really cold with ice chips.

I'm babysitting tomorrow - both are coming for a play day and then DGD#2 is spending the night.
Here's today's plan:
B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee
S: Fuzzy Navel Protein Drink
L: Lettuce, 3 slices deli ham, 6 slices deli roast beef, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese
S: Lemon Tea Protein
S: 4.5 Cheese Rice Snacks
D: Taco Salad (made with Baked Tostidos) I had forgot how good this was. I also used Greek Yoguart & Ranch Dressing Mix as the topping.
S: White Chocolate Pudding, 4 tbls. cool whip
Totals:
Calories: 1014, Carbs 62, Fat 37, Protein 130
Vitamins: Done
Water: 100 ozs
Miles: Shopping at Walmart - does that count???
