Not loosing hair, am I over the hump?
The loss has been slowing down, but my hair is a lot thinner than it ever has been. Luckily I started with extremely thick hair, so I'm not bald. I kind of had a dream goal of 100, plus there is usually a little rebound, so I didn't stop when I got to goal, I'm just doing what I have always done and seeing where I end up. I'm only 5'0", so 100 is still in the healthy BMI range for me.
I am six months out and haven't suffered any hair loss. Makes me feel sometimes like I'm doing something wrong.LOL! I am thankful though. I've been taking Biotin for about a year before hand knowing about the hair loss. I have no idea whether I'm out of the woods or not. Hope we are going to not experience this.
I lost mine at month 4 and 5. I had very thick hair, so it wasn't too bad to end up with thin hair. When I was younger, my hair was very curly; however when the grey came in it got smoother. Now with the little baby hair coming in it is sooo curly again. I take Biotin and it seems to be helping with my new hair coming back in.
