6 Months ago at this time I was in the OR getting my WLS.  Wow! What a roller coaster ride it has been!  Im down 104 lbs.  My sleep apnea is gone.  My old arthritic hip feels soooo much better.  My blood pressure is perfect. I have a ton of energy.  Life is good.   A big thank you to all my LW cheerleaders who cheered/supported me thru this journey so far.  Cant wait to see what the next 6 months will bring.   Cindy

Congratulations on your success so far! 104 pounds is HUGE! That's a whole (skinny) person. Good luck on your continued journey.

YAY Cindy!

What a great list of things that aren't bothering you anymore.  Isn't it great to see so much health improvement?

You've done a fantastic job.  You should be so proud of 104 pounds!!

Hey Happy Camper, I am really happy for you. A job well done! Glad you are feeling so much better. My six month anniversary is tomorrow and my weight loss has been much slower which has been very hard for me. I really thought it would be faster. My surgeon warned me about this as I was the lightest patient he has ever operated on. I expected to be where you are now, but I'm at about half of that. Yet, no more diabetes and I am healthy in every measure including non more diabetes, blood presssure etc.

I've decided that however long it takes me is however long it takes me which is what they told me in the first place.LOL!

Great job!
